  • Do you accept third party coverage?
    Yes, we accept and directly bill all third-party coverage and BC fair Pharmacare.
  • How do I pay for my medication?
    At the time your prescription(s) processed and ready for delivery, you will get an e-mail notification with your total payment (or copayment) and will give you the option to pay in person at the time of delivery either cash or by card (Debit or Credit).
  • What is the current area of service?
    We are currently serving Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Agassiz, Harrison hot springs and Hope area, other areas will be added soon.
  • Where is my data (Prescriptions, Uploaded screenshots, and third-party cards) stored?"
    All uploaded private data by members are stored in the pharmacy system only and they are permanently deleted from the website database within 24 hours.
  • What if I don’t have a prescription?
    You can book the online consultation for you/ for your family member, please check Need a prescription tab. The virtual consultation is covered for any patient who have an active BC care card.
  • Who can book consultation with the physician, and is the visit covered by MSP?"

  • What is the time frame for receiving instant medication delivery?
    If we receive the prescription within the pharmacy operational hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays and 10:00 AM to 2:00PM weekends) then you should receive your instant medication delivery for free within 2 hours, and if the prescription is received after hours, then the delivery will go out first thing next morning.
  • What is your delivery fee?
    The delivery for your prescription medications is always free.
